Service Target:
- Low income working group
- Retired person
* Must fulfill the relevant family income and asset amount
Service Items:
One of the following dental items will be sponsored to eligible person:
- Scaling
- Filling
- Simple extracton and pain relief
Application procedures:
- To be referred by the dentist of our clinic
- To fill in an application and declaration form
Limited quota with first-come-first-serve basis!
