Towel Exercise Class

Venue: Multi-Function Room, 2/F, Tsz Wan Shan (South) Estates Community Centre, Tsz Wan Shan, Kowloon

The exercise class was conducted by a fitness instructor of Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong China to promote healthy life style to the elders.  About 40 people participated in the event.
 

  


Tsz Lok Health Carnival 2019

Venue: Open Area outside Lok Shun House, Tsz Lok Estate, Tsz Wan Shan

The Hong Kong Society of Medical Professionals Charitable Foundation donated 200 sets of scarfs and mittens for distributing to the elders in the community during the event.
