Do
Take a rest for 10 minutes afer using computer for 30 minutes 
The distance between eyes and the computer monitor should be at least 60cm
Do outdoor exercise regularly
Consult an ophthalmologist if your eyes are not feeling well
Watch some distant things to let your eyes to take a rest 
Blink the eyes more to keep them moist
Read in sufficient light
Wear UV blocking sunglasses when going out 
Conduct eye check up regularly 
Have a proper sitting posture
Wear a goggles when swimming 
Don't 
Use computer / mobile phone for long time 
The distance between your eyes and the computer monitor should not less than 30cm. 
Don't rub your eyes
Don't be sleep deficit 
Dont' lie down on bed to play mobile games / read books 
Don't lie on table to read
Don't read in dim light 
Don't look at the sum directly 
Don't read in glare
